Program Description
This program is designed for you who want to follow a proven training structure with a clear focus on building a strong, athletic, and well-developed physique, using the same principles and approach that I have followed in my own journey.
You’ll work with structured programming, progressive overload, and long-term consistency to build results that last.
The goal is not quick fixes, but a sustainable way of training that develops both your physique and your understanding of the process.
Training Structure
You’ll get access to a structured training program that is updated regularly and follows a clear progression model.
- Training is organized in 2-month blocks
- After 1 month, progression is added to the program (for example through intensifiers)
- After 2 months, the program is fully updated
- All program updates are released around the first Monday of each month
The program is built around the principle of progressive overload, where continuity and smart progression are prioritized over constant exercise changes.
Nutrition & Food Flexibility
Included in the program is a collection of tasty, nutritious recipes designed to support your training and physique goals.
- Recipes are simple, high in protein, and easy to use in everyday life
- Meals are structured so you can combine them freely based on your needs
- A food swapping list is included, teaching you how to replace foods with nutritionally equivalent options
This gives you flexibility in your diet while still staying aligned with your goals. The focus is on learning how to eat well, not following a rigid meal plan.
Educational Content
Throughout the program, you’ll regularly receive educational videos covering training, nutrition, and the principles behind the setup.
The purpose is not just to tell you what to do, but to help you understand why you’re doing it, so you build knowledge and confidence alongside your results.
All information and videos are delivered directly inside the app.
Communication & Support
This program does not include direct 1-on-1 chat coaching.
All important updates, explanations, and educational material will be sent to you inside the app, ensuring you always know what to do and how the program works.
Terms & Pricing
- Minimum commitment: 4 months
- After the initial 4 months, the subscription continues on a monthly basis until cancelled
- If cancelled during the first 4 months, the program simply ends after the commitment period, no automatic extension
- Startup fee: 299 SEK (one-time)
